White tea, only produced in China, is a type of tea unlike green tea, it is not heated to kill the enzymes that cause oxidation. It produced by letting the leaves wither and wilt, then drying them.

Silver needle tea, also known as bai hao yinzhen or sometimes just yinzhen, tends to be among the most expensive of white teas. It has very strict control on picking up and the output is very few and not easy to buy.
